Respiratory Symptoms - is this COVID, the common cold, flu, allergies or asthma?


Some remedies to try: Rest, stay hydrated, use a nettie pot squeeze bottle 4x daily with salted sterile water, use Flonase daily and/or inhaler as needed, and add immune support with Zinc and Vit C daily. Specialty: Tylenol if you have a fever >100*. Pepto Bismol if diarrhea. Ibuprofin 600mg w food for headaches, aches and pains
