Food = More veggies and protein, less fruit and fatty foods.
Eat within an 8 hour window.
Never Ever: soda, fast food, or microwave dinners.

Sleep = 7 to 8hr of sleep or rest nightly.

By slowing motility of intestines, your food is digested slower, causing a feeling of fullness faster. Insulin is secreted by the pancreas to keep your blood sugars from spiking and increases energy.
