New Patients:  
  • You must complete the screener & full registration first. 
  • Schedule your Initial Intake as Telehealth New Patient. 
Create a New Appointment: 
  1. Click on Location & service
  2. Click on time you want
  3. Sign in
  4. Confirm
Change an Existing Appointment:
  1. Click on Manage Appointments
  2. Sign in or get passcode
  3. Reschedule or Cancel
  4. Confirm
